The collaboration includes 36 silk scarves made in Como, Italy. We used 3 of her paintings, “Mango Season - 2023”, “Lovingly at Mercado de peixe”, “Costa do Sol” to create these beautiful luxury silk scarves honestly very special ‘cause cut and finished by hand.
Namoda’s paintings have been inspirational for us. Thanks to her sensitivity and her natural talent for composition and color we created something special.
We decided to work with the best silk luxury printing house in Como which is a mix of traditional industry and innovative techniques -using -the most efficient technology, each printed scarf is an individual art work, which cuts down dramatically on fabric waste.
The skilled hands of master craftspeople then finish the scarves with hand-rolled or frayed hems, unparalleled methods that speak to their deep heritage.
The harmony that infuses art, colour, exquisite Italian silk makes this product a unique accessory.
Each collection is consciously created, with commitment to the environment and our social responsibility at every stage of the making process. We support traditional industries and local employment, and all our manufacturing partners are selected with social and ethical responsibility in mind. We insist on the super finest quality materials, production and hand-finishing in order to ensure the longevity of every piece. And, of course made in Italy.”
